The impact of azelastine on exercise performance
In my latest blog post, I explored the impact of azelastine on exercise performance. Azelastine, a commonly prescribed antihistamine, is used to treat allergy symptoms, such as sneezing, itching, and runny nose. While it's effective in alleviating these symptoms, I found that there are conflicting studies on its impact on exercise performance. Some studies suggest that azelastine may have a negative effect on exercise endurance, while others have found no significant impact. It's important for individuals taking azelastine to consult with their healthcare provider to determine the best course of action for their personal exercise goals.
